The Wakulla Chamber of Commerce Special Events Committee is gearing up for our Annual Low Country Boil fundraiser. We are excited to host this annual event, and once more bring a little taste of the Southern Low Country to Wakulla County. We want to thank our premier sponsors Capital City Bank, Tallahassee Community College, Waste pro and The Wakulla News for making this event possible!
We invite you to be part of the Low Country Boil through your sponsorship!
Please plan to join us for an evening of live music by “LOCOMOTIVE” and great food on Saturday, April 6th, 2013, from 6-10 p.m. at 3Y Ranch in Crawfordville.
Through this fundraising event we have provided several Wakulla High School students scholarships that will help to ensure they obtain their goal of success in higher education. After the first two years of this fundraising event, our courthouse is now furnished with historically appropriate window treatment.
Continuing our pledge to support education we will be awarding two Green Guide Scholarships through our new partnership with the Wakulla Environmental Institute.
In addition, a portion of the proceeds will go towards Wakulla County Chamber’s commitment of preserving our wooden courthouse, which was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in May of the year 1976.
Please find attached the 2013 sponsorship levels and agreement for the Wakulla County Chamber Low Country Boil Fundraiser. Tickets are $35 each and are on sale now. We hope you will join us at this event which has sold out the past two years.
We thank you in advance for your consideration of becoming a Low Country Boil sponsor! Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
