World Water Monitoring Day – Volunteer Opportunity

WSSP, World Water Monitoring Day (WWMD) will take place on Saturday, October 10.  WWMD is the largest international volunteer service event devoted to involving local citizens in basic water quality monitoring to increase their awareness of their local water quality issues.

At WSSP, volunteers will be collecting water chemistry information from 4 springs and 20 sinkholes throughout the park. This service project is all day event and will take place from 9am – 5pm.

Please meet in front of the Lodge.  Please wear work clothes and shoes and bring your lunch and water bottle.
