Wakulla High School Students Team up with Chamber

Wakulla High Students team up with Chamber of Commerce

When was the last time you really looked at your logo, letterhead or business card? Is it looking a bit outdated? Does it still reflect the message of your business?

Maybe it’s time for a makeover?!

What if we told you that a new and fresh look could be yours for a reasonable price and that it would be helping advance the future careers of dozens of Wakulla High School students? Well, let’s find out more…

The Career and Technical Program at Wakulla High School prepares students for the real world in a variety of programs:

“¢ Digital design
“¢ Website design and programming
“¢ Screenprinting and vinyl sign production
“¢ TV and film production
“¢ Architecture and construction
“¢ Nursing and healthcare
“¢ Culinary arts
“¢ And more

These great programs are stepping stones to post-secondary and undergraduate studies that will take WHS students far and wide in their lives with presets of skills that keep them competitive in the workforce. However, to further their knowledge and hands-on training in these fields our students need real world responsibilities and challenges, too. But with tough economic times besetting the Wakulla area, thus limiting the number of part-time job opportunities open to young apprentices, the Career and Technical Program has turned to the Wakulla Chamber of Commerce in hopes of partnering with the Chamber members to bring business to the CT Program itself.

The Digital Design class is offering its services in one incredible branding package that includes logo design, business cards, letterhead, envelopes, flyers, and more. The price? Free! Donations will be accepted. The students in the class want as much experience as they can get and that’s why they’re hoping they can find willing partners in our Chamber members. By partnering with our youth you are getting great value for your business and providing great value for your community.

Please contact the Chamber office 926-1848 for more info.
