Two Crawfordville Families Assisted by the Red Cross After a Fire

The American Red Cross Capital Area Chapter assisted two families on Whiddon Lake Road in Crawfordville after a fire broke out in their mobile home.

Red Cross provided food and emergency shelter at a local hotel totaling $435.00 of disaster assistance.  The American Red Cross spends more than $12,000 annually helping disaster victims in Wakulla County.  Without Red Cross emergency assistance, most of these families would find themselves homeless.
