KWCB Requesting Your Help

As you all know Bruce and Nina were severely impacted by the recent flooding which has left their home and property strewn with their “stuff” and in need of some “litter control”.

Please consider this your call for help.  KWCB, friends and co-workers are  ask to gather at their home (69 Smokehouse Road) off of 319 near River of Life Church, on Saturday, August 4 at 9:00 a.m.  We’ll work until…   picking up the debris that washed into the woods, removing sheetrock, manhandling some large items such as a refrigerator, and just basically do whatever it takes to make them feel as if they can see daylight through this tunnel.

KWCB will supply rakes, shovels, gloves, pickers, bags, cold water and pizza.  As Bruce said, “You never think you will be the one needing the help”.  He is always working for others, now it’s time to give back to him and show how this community appreciates what he does.

If you have any questions or comments, please let me know.  We hope to see you on Saturday, August 4, and that you will share this with others who know Bruce and Nina and who might want to come help.  We can sure use as many able bodies as we can get.

Thanks again for your help spreading the word and committing to lend a hand.
